Pacific Northern, Inc., as a manufacturer of the product, takes pride in building quality and durable jewelry displays. However, please keep in mind that jewelry displays are built and assembled primarily by craftsmen, not by machines, and slight variations may occur. We warranty that the display items you order will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, given normal use and conditions. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, the passage of time, and exposure to the elements, such as humidity and sunlight, is not covered by our warranty. Displays that are dysfunctional due to defective manufacturing process will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer. It is imperative that any such defects should be reported within 30 days upon the receipt of goods. Claims beyond thirty days will be invalid. Please contact us at 1-888-888-5868 for a Return Goods Authorization number prior to the physical return of such merchandise.
